Easter Sydney Trip

....All-you-can-eat trip! Tamago nigiri special! lol

Some green tea milkshake thingie....not half as good as I expected :(

Tamago nigiri ^^

Ze Jelly

Green tea pudding thingie :P

Loh mai kai!! Waited an HOUR at Zilver, and the loh mai kai didn't come...it's now permanently blacklisted on my list. From now on, I dine elsewhere *hmph*

Oily sticks :P Ordered the porridge to complement them, not the other way around lol

...Beam me up, Scottie

..................Oh, yeaaaahhhhhhhh ;)

Miso eggplant-something. Surprisingly, it tasted pretty good (for something with miso inside :S)

E-D-A-M-A-M-E

Awful. Simply awful. So-called Hainanese chicken rice with no taste whatsoever, they used PLAIN rice, the chicken's texture was like a rock''s, and just ugh

You know that the food in a certain restaurant doesn't taste quite well when.............................the instant pack actually tastes better.
"The best laksa in Sydney", it said. Pfft. Not by a long shot, pal. Not by a long shot.

Oily sticks again ^^

We gangsta.
...Or not. We're just being retarded as usual.

The awesomeness of desserts

Ze Lolipop Sushi. Ladies and Gentlemen, I kid you not. That IS the actual name. lol.

Their no.1 special (kobe jones)...kinda reminds me of the no.1 shuriken in ninja jones :P
I smell plagarism!

I look like I'm eating a freaking cocoon. Really.

...They do look kinda gruesome. Was so disappointed when I bit in ;__; ...I expected them to be soft, warm and fluffy, but they were like, HARD. Rock hard. ;_______;

Ze Takoyaki stand. You guys, don't serve semi-cooked takos to your customers :S

Green-tea-pancake-which-sorta-reminds-me-of-the-apom-back-home

Luhyi posing with her tau foo fah

Prawn-scallop-with egg roe thingies. Awesome except for the fact that my throat was irritated after that. Prawns :((

...Bad food aside, the trip was really awesome. Got to takeaway several green tea products (okay, maybe 3 packs of instant milky green tea was a bit too much...) and even made away with a pack of ginseng-flavoured instant noodles hahah

Unfortunately, I couldn't quite find a handbag which I liked, nor could I get a pair of the workshoes I wanted because the sizes left were too big. Ironically, right after I got back from Sydney, the strap of my current handbag snapped, so I'm now stuck with the cheap "Solutions for Salary" recycleable bag which makes me look like I've just returned from Woolies whereever I head :S. Life is tough. Ironically, again, I'll be heading to Sydney in 2 weeks' time, but I won't be able to shop for a bag since I'll be attending seminars for the whole 2 days that I'm there.
Sigh.

Even when it's not my fault, I'm still getting blamed. Way to piss on someone who's put in so much effort, even when I didn't really have to. Sometimes it's just not worth putting in so much effort. And a lot of time and energy is being depleted just from frustration. From being frustrated and angry and tired. It really is sickening.
