Tis de footie season :P

Okay, so practically everyone who walks into the pharmacy talks about footie...

Oh, did I ever mention that I'm now undergoing a 3-week placement in Moonah, in which I have to wake up at 7 am in the freaking cold morning and take a busride for about 45 minutes to reach there? I haven't? Okay, so now you know.

Well, most of the staff there -MOST...MOST, I emphasize- are fantastic. MOST. And for the minority that aren't (well, I can think of only one, in fact, but I rest my case), there's always the rotten apple in the bunch. There're couple of pretty interesting things I've discovered in the pharmacy, though...Like the fact that one of them pretty much resembles good ol' Germany's EX-goalie...Ollie Kahn ^_^....or the fact L keeps getting mistaken for a girl (which is just the complete opposite of me LOL)...And oh, the politics. You've just gotta love the politics in the pharmacy ~___~

Funnily enough, I've just realized the pains and lengths pharmacists actually go through just to please customers...like the little pop-up boxes that remind pharmacists that it's a certain customer's birthday, for instance *ahem*

Me: ?? How come you've got a reminder in the little comment box telling you it's XXX's birthday?

L: Well, you see, it makes the customers happy. They really love it when you remember their birthdays. They go, "OHMYGOD...You remembered!! ^______^ " each time you wish them.

Me: ...I see. "-__-

L2: Yeah. But sometimes I can't help thinking, "Hmm, poor bugger's another year older today".

LOL.

...And on a rather random note, the green tea cheese cake which I had been planning for ages and ages....is postponed, yet again ;_;
...When will I finally be able to enjoy my spoils? :(
