Purple shoes & a GPS :D

I've been wanting to get one for the longest time, but now that I'm heading up to goulburn for 2 weeks in June, I guess it was the perfect opportunity ;) The only problem with it is that the navi's voice is somewhat "soft-spoken", and the idiotic thing can't distinguish any hindrances in the way (ie: it kept telling me to take an immediate right turn while I was in a carpark. If I'd followed its instructions I would've driven straight into a parked car :S)

Anyway, I tested my GPS by plugging in "Batemans Bay" since that was pretty much the only place that I knew how to get to on my own besides Bodalla (lol) and deliberately made a couple of wrong turns, and thankfully, it didn't take long for the GPS to recalculate the route, so all was good. Sorta.

Since I was already in Batemans Bay I figured that I may as well do a lil bit of "browsing", and I ended up literally finishing the entire area within 10 minutes! (and only because I had to try on those shoes ~_~). Oh well. And guess what? No chinese peeps in the area! Dum-dum-dum~~ (okay, there probably are, but considering how I didn't walk by a single one while I was there, it was still quite amazing).

Hahah, not as gaudy as presumed? It looks better in reality, although it's such a shame that I couldn't get the red pair instead (it would've been a perfect match with my handbag!) T___T
